Technician – Migdal Haemek

Flex, one of the world’s leading electronics manufacturers, is hiring a station maintenance technician for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The job includes technical maintenance of all testing stations in the department, including setup, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. The technician is responsible for adjusting mechanical and electronic systems, as well as writing control programs for automated workstations. The role requires strong technical precision, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to equipment malfunctions.

Suitable for candidates with education and experience as a computer technician (hardware and software) or an electronics engineer. Good English and basic Hebrew are required.

Work schedule: shift-based, six days a week, from 07:00 to 19:00 or from 19:00 to 07:00, depending on the candidate’s preference. Overtime may occur. No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview based on experience. Bonuses may be awarded at the manager’s discretion.
