SMT Operator – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a global leader in electronics manufacturing, is hiring an SMT Operator for its modern automated facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The job includes operating the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line, setting up equipment, and monitoring product quality during the manufacturing process.

Suitable for candidates with technical skills and strong attention to detail. Experience in the electronics industry is an advantage. Requires readiness for standing physical work and basic English knowledge.

Work schedule: rotating shifts — one week day shift (07:00–19:00), one week night shift (19:00–07:00). No work on Shabbat. Overtime may occur.

Salary is determined during the interview and depends on experience.
