SMT Operator – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a global leader in electronics manufacturing, is hiring an X-RAY Operator to join its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The job includes operating X-ray equipment to inspect the quality of electronic components and soldering. The operator is responsible for accurate imaging, detection of hidden defects, and adherence to company inspection protocols.

Required: experience operating X-ray or similar inspection equipment, attention to detail, and the ability to work standing. Knowledge of English is an advantage; Hebrew is not required.

Work schedule: rotating shifts — one week day shift (07:00–19:00), one week night shift (19:00–07:00). No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview and depends on qualifications. Bonuses may be offered at the manager’s discretion.
