Solderer – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a global leader in electronics manufacturing, invites you to join a soldering training course for electronic components at its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The training follows international IPC 610/620 standards and includes hands-on soldering under a microscope, learning quality control protocols, and working with small electronic components. After completing the course (approximately 3–4 weeks), graduates are assigned to various production departments.

No prior experience is required — full training is provided from scratch. Attention to detail, focus, and willingness to perform precise, repetitive work are essential. Candidates must have lived in Israel for at least four years.

Hebrew is not required; basic English is necessary. Work takes place in a clean, quiet, air-conditioned environment.

Salary is determined during the interview. Bonuses and promotions are possible after completing the course, depending on department placement.

Employees receive delicious subsidized meals (about 10₪ deducted from salary).

Transportation is provided from Migdal HaEmek, Haifa, Krayot, Akko, Nahariya, Karmiel, Afula, Yokneam, Nesher, Nof HaGalil, Givat HaMoreh, Gan Ner, Ginegar, Kfar Hasidim, Tivon, Ramat Yishai, Rechasim, and Tirat Carmel.
