Quality Control – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a leading global electronics manufacturer, is hiring Quality Control (QC) Inspectors for its modern factory in Migdal HaEmek.

The job includes inspections at various stages of the production process — from visual inspection and packaging checks to instrumental testing and microscopic quality control. Assignment to specific work areas depends on the candidate’s experience and interview results.

Suitable for candidates with at least six months of experience. An advantage will be prior experience in soldering quality control, familiarity with inspection equipment and software, and the ability to read technical drawings. Hebrew is not required, but basic English is desirable.

Work schedule: shift-based, five and a half days a week, from 07:00 to 19:00 or from 19:00 to 07:00. Overtime may occur two to three times a week. No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview based on experience. Bonuses may be awarded at the manager’s discretion.

Employees receive delicious subsidized meals (approximately 10₪ deducted from the salary). Work takes place in a clean, air-conditioned environment, where listening to music or audiobooks in one earphone is allowed. The position is also suitable as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).
