Shift manager – Migdal Haemek

Flex, one of Israel’s leading electronics manufacturers, is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The role includes organizing and monitoring the production process, assigning tasks to team members, maintaining attendance records, and substituting workers when necessary. The Shift Supervisor is also responsible for entering data on orders and production progress into the company system and ensuring that all work is completed on time according to requirements.

Required: proven experience in staff management (preferably in manufacturing), strong computer skills (Excel is an advantage), and technical background. Fluent spoken Hebrew, reading and writing skills, and basic English are required.

Work schedule: rotating shifts — one week day shift (07:00–19:00), one week night shift (19:00–07:00). Overtime may occur. No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview based on experience.

Employees receive subsidized meals (about 10₪ deducted from salary), work in a comfortable air-conditioned environment, and the position also qualifies as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).
