Quality Control – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a leading electronics manufacturer in Israel, is hiring a Final Test Technician (Badas) for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, clean air-conditioned rooms, and comfortable work areas for staff.

The main tasks include conducting final tests and inspections of printed circuit boards and finished products, detecting and fixing malfunctions both visually and using electronic testing equipment, as well as performing environmental stress tests such as vibration and temperature checks. The technician operates test systems and ensures product functionality before release.

Preferred candidates hold education or experience in electronics or engineering. Required knowledge includes ICT, JTAG, and FT testing programs, as well as the ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation. Experience with Linux is an advantage. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot at the component level (Dereg Dalet). Fluency in Hebrew and technical English is required.

Work schedule: flexible — either fixed or shift-based, depending on the candidate’s preference: 07:00–16:00, 07:00–19:00, or 19:00–07:00. Overtime may occur with the fixed schedule. No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview, with potential bonuses at the manager’s discretion.

Employees receive subsidized meals (about 10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a quiet, clean, and air-conditioned environment, where listening to music or audiobooks in one earphone is allowed. The position also qualifies as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).

Transportation is provided from Migdal HaEmek, Haifa, Krayot, Akko, Nahariya, Karmiel, Afula, Yokneam, Nesher, Nof HaGalil, Givat HaMoreh, Gan Ner, Ginegar (kibbutz), Kfar Hasidim, Tivon, Ramat Yishai, Rechasim, and Tirat Carmel.
