Integrator – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a global leader in electronics manufacturing and assembly, is hiring an Integrator for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The job includes comprehensive technical testing in an assigned production area, adapting standard products to meet customer requirements, and participating in the integration of finished systems. The position involves working in a technologically advanced environment with a variety of clients and projects.

Experience as an integrator and the ability to read technical drawings are required. Good command of technical English is mandatory. Previous experience in system integration and collaboration with production teams is an advantage.

Work schedule: alternating shifts — one week day shift (07:00–19:00), one week night shift (19:00–07:00). No work on Shabbat; overtime may occur.

Salary is determined during the interview based on experience. Bonuses may be awarded at the manager’s discretion.

Employees receive delicious subsidized meals (approximately 10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a clean, quiet, and air-conditioned environment. The position is also suitable as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).
