Manufacturing Worker – Migdal Haemek

Flex is hiring an employee for the Coating Department at its facility in Migdal HaEmek. The position is part of the Rafael project and involves applying lacquer or protective coatings to finished electronic boards.

The work does not require physical strength but involves exposure to technical material odors (lacquer, protective coating). All employees are provided with respirators, and regular safety inspections are conducted.

Main responsibilities: applying protective coatings, performing visual inspections, and maintaining order in the workspace.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of residence in Israel, willingness to learn (no experience required), attention to detail, and patience. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive work and working in an environment where technical material odors are present.

Schedule: 6 days a week, from 07:00 to 16:00. A 12/12 schedule (alternating day/night shifts) is available in the coating section.

Salary is determined during the interview based on qualifications and experience.

Additional conditions:
Delicious subsidized meals are provided (10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a quiet, clean, air-conditioned environment.
