Quality Control – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a leading electronics manufacturer in Israel, is hiring Quality Control Inspectors (QC) for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek. The factory is equipped with advanced technologies, modern inspection systems, and clean air-conditioned facilities.

The role includes inspection at various stages of production — from visual checks and packaging inspection to instrument-based control and microscope work. Assignment to specific departments depends on the candidate’s experience and interview results.

At least 6 months of experience is required. Experience in soldering quality inspection, familiarity with testing equipment, and the ability to read technical drawings are advantages. Hebrew is not required, but basic English is preferred.

Work schedule: shift-based, 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00, 5.5 days per week. Overtime may occur 2–3 times a week. No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview, with possible bonuses at the manager’s discretion.

Employees receive subsidized meals (about 10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a clean, quiet, and air-conditioned environment, where listening to music or audiobooks in one earphone is allowed. The position also qualifies as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).

Transportation is provided from Migdal HaEmek, Haifa, Krayot, Akko, Nahariya, Karmiel, Afula, Yokneam, Nesher, Nof HaGalil, Givat HaMoreh, Gan Ner, Ginegar (kibbutz), Kfar Hasidim, Tivon, Ramat Yishai, Rechasim, and Tirat Carmel.
