Final Test Technician – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a leading global electronics manufacturer, is hiring a Final Testing Technician (Badas) for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The job involves conducting functionality tests of electronic boards and finished products, identifying malfunctions both visually and using electronic testing tools, as well as performing environmental tests including vibration and temperature simulations. The technician operates testing equipment and ensures that products meet all quality standards.

Suitable for candidates with a technical or engineering background. Advantageous knowledge includes ICT, JTAG, and FT programs, as well as basic familiarity with Linux. The role requires the ability to read electronic schematics and experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic boards at the component level (דרג דלת Dereg Dalet). Fluent Hebrew and technical English are required.

Work schedule: permanent or shift-based — 07:00–16:00, 07:00–19:00, or 19:00–07:00, depending on preference. Regular overtime is possible with a permanent schedule. No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview based on experience. Bonuses may be awarded at the manager’s discretion.
