Assembler – Migdal Haemek

Flex, one of Israel’s leading industrial companies and a global electronics manufacturer, is hiring Server and Network Equipment Assemblers for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The job involves assembling, testing, and packaging electronic server components. The work includes the use of mechanical and electrical tools and requires attention to detail, precision, and responsibility. Occasionally, lifting parts weighing up to 15 kg may be required.

The ideal candidate has a technical mindset, can read blueprints, and has basic technical English skills. Experience in electronics production is an advantage. Hebrew is not required.

Work schedule: shift-based — six days a week, alternating weekly between 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00. Day shifts only may be possible for experienced candidates (upon agreement). Overtime is possible. No work on Shabbat.

Salary and conditions are determined during the interview and depend on experience. Bonuses may be offered at the manager’s discretion.

Employees receive delicious subsidized meals (about 10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a clean, air-conditioned environment and also qualifies as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).

Transportation is provided from Migdal HaEmek, Haifa, Krayot, Akko, Nahariya, Karmiel, Afula, Yokneam, Nesher, Nof HaGalil, Givat HaMoreh, Gan Ner, Ginegar (kibbutz), Kfar Hasidim, Tivon, Ramat Yishai, Rechasim, and Tirat Carmel.
