Riveting machine operator – Modi'in

The company Flex, a manufacturer of metal structures and components, is hiring a riveting machine operator to work at a modern factory in Modi’in. The facility is located in a new, fully air-conditioned building equipped with modern machinery and offering comfortable working conditions for employees.

The job includes operating the riveting machine, installing metal parts, monitoring the production process, and inspecting the quality of finished products. Duties also include loading materials (metal, frames, structural elements), working with blueprints, and maintaining attention to detail. This is physical work performed while standing.

Requirements: technical mindset and experience operating any type of metalworking machine. Experience specifically with riveting machines is an advantage. Knowledge of Hebrew is not required.

Work schedule: permanent, five days a week from 07:00 to 16:00, with occasional Fridays. Regular overtime until 18:00. No work on Shabbat.

Conditions: discussed during the interview. Possible bonuses at the discretion of the manager.
