CNC Operator – Modi'in

The company Flex, a manufacturer of metal structures and technical components, is hiring a CNC machine operator to work at a modern facility in Modi’in. The factory is located in a new, fully air-conditioned building with a high level of safety and comfortable working conditions for employees.

The job includes operating CNC milling machines, setting up the equipment, monitoring machining quality, and performing mechanical operations. Experience as a setup mechanic on 4–5 axis machines, as well as manual metalworking skills, will be an advantage. Candidates without setup experience but with a strong desire to learn will also be considered. Conversational Hebrew, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid understanding of technical documentation are required.

Work schedule: rotating, five days a week, with occasional Fridays if needed. Shifts: 07:00–16:00 and 16:00–23:50. No work on Shabbat. Regular overtime until 18:00.

Conditions: final terms are discussed during the interview. Possible bonuses at the discretion of the manager.
