Welder – Modi'in

The company Flex, a manufacturer of metal structures and components, invites trainees without experience to learn welding and work at a modern factory in Modi’in. The facility is located in a new, fully air-conditioned building equipped with modern machinery and offering comfortable working conditions.

The work begins with training in spot welding — a simpler type of welding operation. Later, depending on progress, training in argon or laser welding is provided. The training is conducted under the supervision of experienced mentors.

Requirements: the ability to read blueprints; previous experience in manufacturing is an advantage. Important qualities include willingness and potential to learn, accuracy, and motivation to work in a stable company for the long term. A basic level of Hebrew is required.

Work schedule: rotating shifts. During training — from 07:00 to 16:00. After training — alternating shifts: 07:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00. Regular overtime until 18:00. No work on Shabbat.

Conditions: discussed individually during the interview. Possible bonuses at the discretion of the manager.
