Machine operator – Modi'in

The factory is equipped with new machinery, built only three years ago, and is fully air-conditioned. Employees enjoy a restaurant-style cafeteria, comfortable work areas, and modern safety systems.

The work includes grinding and sharpening metal products, removing burrs, and cutting parts for structural assembly. This is a physical job performed while standing, using grinding and polishing machines.

Technical skills and experience operating any type of machinery are required. Experience with handheld polishing tools or discs is an advantage. Accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility are essential.

The schedule is fixed: five days a week from 07:00 to 16:00, with occasional work on Fridays. Overtime is common until 18:00. There is no work on Shabbat.

Salary is 40–44 shekels per hour, depending on experience and supervisor’s decision. Bonuses may be awarded at management discretion. Employees receive subsidized meals for 10₪, medical and dental insurance for themselves and their families, and pension contributions from the first day of employment.

Company transportation is provided from the following cities: Bat Yam, Holon, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Rehovot, Ramla, Lod, Ganei Aviv, Ness Ziona, Ashdod, Yavne, Gan Yavne, Bnei Ayish.
