Welder – Modi'in

Flex Company (metal structure manufacturing) is hiring a TIG welder for work at a modern plant in the city of Modi'in. The plant was built three years ago, is fully air-conditioned, and offers comfortable work areas and a restaurant-style cafeteria.

The job includes welding metal structures using gas mixtures, setting up equipment, preparing materials, and performing quality control of welded joints.

Required: experience in argon welding (TIG), ability to read technical drawings, knowledge of welding technologies, responsibility, and readiness for intensive work.

Work schedule: shift-based, six days a week. First week – from 07:00 to 16:00, second – from 16:00 to 00:00. Occasionally, night shifts from 20:30 to 07:00 are possible. No work on Shabbat. Overtime is common until 18:00. Salary is 55–60 shekels per hour, depending on experience; the final rate is determined during the interview.

Bonuses may be given at the supervisor’s discretion. Employees receive subsidized lunches for 10 shekels, extended medical and dental insurance for the family, and pension contributions from the first day of employment.
