Welder – Modi'in

The company Flex, engaged in the production of metal structures, invites a CO₂ welder to work at a modern factory in Modi’in. The facility is located in a new, fully air-conditioned building constructed three years ago, equipped with modern machinery and a restaurant-style cafeteria.

The work takes place in a clean indoor workshop and includes preparing materials for welding, setting up equipment, performing welding operations using CO₂ technology, inspecting weld quality, and following safety regulations.

Requirements: experience in CO₂ welding, ability to read drawings and understand technical documentation. Candidates without experience may be accepted — the decision is made by the supervisor during the interview. Conversational Hebrew is required.

Work schedule: permanent, six days a week, from 07:00 to 16:00. Overtime occurs regularly until 18:00. No work on Shabbat.

Salary: The final rate is determined during the interview. Possible bonuses at the discretion of the manager.
