Packer – Modi'in

The company Flex, a manufacturer of metal structures and technical components, is hiring a packer to work in the paint shop at a modern factory in Modi’in. The facility is located in a new, fully air-conditioned building with comfortable work areas and a restaurant-style cafeteria.

The job involves visually inspecting painted parts on the conveyor, checking their integrity, wrapping them in film, and preparing them for shipment to the warehouse.

No prior experience is required — on-the-job training is provided. Experience in quality control will be an advantage. The position requires attentiveness, accuracy, and readiness for physical work performed standing. A basic level of Hebrew is required.

Work schedule: permanent, six days a week, from 07:00 to 16:00. Overtime occurs regularly until 18:00. No work on Shabbat.

Conditions: final terms are discussed during the interview. Possible bonuses at the discretion of the manager.

Employees receive subsidized meals for 10 ₪. Work takes place in a modern facility with new equipment and full compliance with safety standards.

Transportation is provided from Bat Yam, Holon, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Rehovot, Ramla, Lod, Ganei Aviv, Nes Tziona, Ashdod, Yavne, Gan Yavne, and Bnei Ayish.
