Job opening: Administrative Employee at Beth-El Industries (Taasiyot Beit-El) factory in Kibbutz Shaked

The position is at a large, modern production facility specializing in filtration systems and engineering equipment. Main responsibilities include entering production orders, basic production scheduling, preparing shipment documentation for finished products, and managing work clothing inventory.

The role requires responsibility, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Good communication abilities and a willingness to learn are essential. Long-term commitment is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory. Hebrew — high level; Russian — an advantage.

Schedule: full-time, five working days per week, from 6:30 to 16:06. Overtime possible when required. No work on Shabbat.

Transportation is provided from Hadera, Givat Olga, Pardes Hanna, Or Akiva, Harish, Katzir, Hinanit, Shaked, and Afula.

The company offers subsidized meals, paid travel time for company transportation, participation in the Avoda Meudefet (preferred employment after military service) program, 14 vacation days per year, and opening of a Keren Hishtalmut (education and training fund) after three years of employment.

Salary is determined during the interview. Bonuses may be granted at the management’s discretion.
