Job opening: Welder (Argon / CO₂ / Electrode) at Beth-El Industries (Taasiyot Beit-El) factory in Kibbutz Shaked
The work takes place at a modern industrial plant that manufactures air filtration systems and metal structures. Main responsibilities include welding metal components using argon, CO₂, or electrode methods, preparing materials for work, setting up equipment, and performing welding operations according to design requirements. It is essential to follow safety procedures and ensure the quality of welded joints.
Experience in argon, CO₂, and electrode welding is required. The ability to read technical drawings, physical endurance, and readiness to work in a noisy industrial environment are essential. The position suits disciplined, detail-oriented, and team-oriented professionals. Conversational Hebrew is required.
Schedule: full-time, six working days per week, from 6:30 to 16:00. Overtime is common. No work on Shabbat.
Transportation is provided from Hadera, Givat Olga, Pardes Hanna, Zikhron Yaakov, Or Akiva, Harish, Katzir, Hinanit, Shaked, and Afula (depending on the number of employees).
Candidates from Yokneam, Tirat Carmel, Netanya, Daliyat al-Karmel, and Isfiya receive fuel reimbursement if arriving independently.
The company offers subsidized meals, 14 vacation days per year, participation in the Avoda Meudefet (preferred employment after army service) program, and opening of a Keren Hishtalmut (education and training fund) after three years of employment.
Salary is determined during the interview. Bonuses may be granted at management’s discretion.
