Job opening: Shift Supervisor at Beth-El Industries (Taasiyot Beit-El) factory in Kibbutz Shaked
The work takes place at a modern production facility manufacturing industrial filtration systems and metal structures. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing one of the production departments, leading a team of 15–20 employees. Main duties include planning and distributing tasks, training and authorizing workers, maintaining discipline, preparing vacation and shift schedules, and ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
The position involves developing and maintaining work procedures and instructions, preparing reports, conducting inventory, and continuously improving production processes. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining order, meeting deadlines, and ensuring the quality of finished products.
Previous experience in a similar position in an industrial environment—as a shift supervisor or team leader—is required. Candidates should have strong technical understanding, the ability to read blueprints, and experience working with tools. Knowledge of HR procedures, experience with electronic assemblies, and ERP systems are an advantage. Proficiency in office software is required. The role demands organization, responsibility, attention to detail, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent Hebrew and technical English (reading and writing) are required. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Schedule: full-time, five working days per week. Working hours are from 6:30 to 16:00, with possible work on Fridays at least twice a month. Regular overtime may occur.
Transportation is provided from Hadera, Givat Olga, Pardes Hanna, Zikhron Yaakov, Or Akiva, Harish, Katzir, Hinanit, Shaked, and Afula.
Candidates from Yokneam, Tirat HaCarmel, Netanya, Daliyat al-Karmel, and Isfiya receive fuel reimbursement if arriving independently.
The company offers subsidized meals, 14 vacation days per year, participation in the Avoda Meudefet (preferred employment after military service) program, and opening of a Keren Hishtalmut (education and training fund) after three years of employment.
Salary is determined during the interview. Bonuses may be granted at the management’s discretion.
