Quality Control – Shaked

Job opening: Quality Control (QC) Inspector at Beth-El Industries (Taasiyot Beit-El) factory in Kibbutz Shaked

The work takes place at a modern industrial plant that manufactures air filtration systems and metal structures. Main responsibilities include visual inspection of components and packaging at different stages of production, as well as final quality control of finished products before shipment to customers. The job requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work according to established quality standards.

Good command of Excel and SolidWorks is required, along with the ability to read technical drawings and a solid level of English (reading, writing, and comprehension). Experience in quality inspection of metal products is an advantage. Candidates must be ready for physical work and have a high level of Hebrew proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).

Schedule: full-time, six working days per week, from 6:30 to 16:00. Overtime is common. No work on Shabbat.

Transportation is provided from Hadera, Givat Olga, Pardes Hanna, Zikhron Yaakov, Or Akiva, Harish, Katzir, Hinanit, Shaked, and Afula.
Candidates from Yokneam, Tirat Carmel, Netanya, Daliyat al-Karmel, and Isfiya receive fuel reimbursement if arriving independently.

The company offers subsidized meals, 14 vacation days per year, participation in the Avoda Meudefet (preferred employment after army service) program, and opening of a Keren Hishtalmut (education and training fund) after three years of employment.

Salary is determined during the interview. Bonuses may be granted at management’s discretion.
