Job opening: Paint Shop Worker at Beth-El Industries (Taasiyot Beit-El) factory in Kibbutz Shaked
The work takes place at a modern factory specializing in the production of filtration systems and metal structures. Main responsibilities include wet painting of metal parts using a spray gun. The job requires attentiveness, precision, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Experience working with a paint spray gun and technical understanding of the production process are required. Candidates living within the transportation areas will be considered. Stability, reliability, and readiness for long-term employment are important. Basic Hebrew is required.
Schedule: full-time, five working days per week, with occasional Friday shifts if necessary. Working hours are from 6:30 to 16:00, with regular overtime possible. No work on Shabbat.
Transportation is provided from Hadera, Givat Olga, Pardes Hanna, Zikhron Yaakov, Or Akiva, Harish, Katzir, Hinanit, Shaked, and Afula.
Candidates from Yokneam, Tirat Carmel, Netanya, Daliyat al-Karmel, and Isfiya receive fuel reimbursement when arriving independently.
The company offers subsidized meals, 14 vacation days per year, participation in the Avoda Meudefet (preferred employment after army service) program, and opening of a Keren Hishtalmut (education and training fund) after three years of employment.
Salary is determined during the interview. Bonuses may be granted at management’s discretion.
