Production and Management Engineer – Migdal Haemek

We are launching a management reserve program for young Industrial Engineering and Management engineers,
who will grow to become the next generation of Flex managers.

What you will do in this role:

• Join the management teams of advanced production lines in Israel.

• Lead processes with engineering, quality, supply chain, and global customers.

• Go through a practical training process alongside senior managers.

• Learn advanced planning and control systems.

• Grow into direct management of teams, product families, and systems of hundreds of employees.

Requirements:

What we are looking for:

• Graduates of Industrial Engineering and Management (up to two years of experience).

• Command background or experience leading teams — a significant advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, responsibility, and a systemic perspective.

• Love for hands-on work, operational activity, and working with people.

• A genuine desire to grow into management in advanced industry.
