The role includes responsibility for managing and controlling supplier quality throughout the supply chain, from the engagement and approval stage through ongoing monitoring of supplier performance and handling quality events.
The position involves regular work with the procurement, quality engineering, engineering, and manufacturing departments, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, standards, and relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities:

Managing the quality of approved and new suppliers

Conducting supplier audits (On-site / Remote) and following up on corrective actions

Handling non-conformities, quality deviations, and SCARs
-
Failure analysis, root cause investigations, and leading corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Working with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements

Continuous improvement of supplier performance (KPIs, trends, risk management)
Requirements:
-
At least 3–5 years of experience in quality — as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Quality Manager

Proven experience working with suppliers and managing quality events

Ability to read technical drawings and understand engineering specifications

Familiarity with manufacturing technologies: plastics, enclosures, machining, PCB, and cabling

Experience conducting quality audits and leading CAPA processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems

Very good English — required
