Job opening: Installer for on-site work at Kostika, Karmiel
Kostika manufactures and installs modern aluminum and glass doors and windows. The work is field-based: employees depart daily from the company’s base in the Bar-Lev Industrial Park and install structures at sites across the country. Several sites may be visited in one day.
Experience is not required — training is provided on site. Previous experience with aluminum or in installing doors and windows is an advantage. The work is physical and performed standing, requiring readiness for a flexible schedule and travel between job sites. Suitable for men aged 25–50. Basic Hebrew knowledge is sufficient for workplace communication.
Schedule: field work from Sunday to Friday. Departure from the base at 05:30 and return around 15:30. A company vehicle picks up employees near their homes at 05:30. No work on Shabbat. Overtime may be required.
Salary is determined based on the interview. The company provides subsidized meals, work clothing, and holiday gifts. The position is suitable for the Avoda Me’udeffet (preferred work after army service) program.
