Job opening: Production worker at Kostika, Karmiel

Kostika specializes in the production of modern aluminum and glass doors and windows. Work takes place at a clean, modern factory located in the Bar-Lev Industrial Park. Main tasks include door assembly, hardware installation, part processing, and packaging of finished products.

Experience is not required — training is provided on-site. Candidates with technical skills or experience working with tools are preferred. The work is physical and performed standing; suitable for men aged 25–54. Basic Hebrew knowledge is sufficient.

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday from 07:00 to 17:30, and Fridays if needed until 11:00. No work on Shabbat. Overtime may be required.
Transportation is provided from Karmiel, Akko, and Yarka.

Salary is determined based on the interview. The company provides delicious subsidized meals, work clothing, and holiday gifts. The position is suitable for the “Avoda Me’udeffet” program (preferred work after army service).
