Manufacturing Worker – Barlev Industrial Zone

Job opening: General laborer at a window manufacturing plant, Kostika, Karmiel

Kostika manufactures modern aluminum and glass structures. Work takes place at the Bar-Lev Industrial Park in a well-ventilated facility. Main tasks include assisting in the assembly of aluminum, acrylic, and glass products, processing parts, moving materials, and maintaining order in the workspace. Work is performed with protective gloves.

Experience is not required — training is provided on site. Candidates with technical skills or experience using tools are preferred. The work is physical and performed standing, suitable for men aged 25–50. Basic Hebrew knowledge is sufficient for workplace communication.

Schedule: six days a week, from 07:00 to 17:30. No work on Shabbat. Overtime may be required until 19:00.
Available for residents of Karmiel, Akko, and Yarka.

Salary is determined during the interview. The company provides subsidized meals, work clothing, and holiday gifts. The position is suitable for the Avoda Me’udeffet (preferred work after army service) program.
