SMT Operator – Yehud

Transportation is provided from Yehud, Holon, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam, Or Yehuda, Ramla, Lod, and Ganei Aviv.

The factory in Yehud (19 Shabazi Street) has an open position for an SMT Line Assistant Operator. The role includes assisting the main operator in maintaining production equipment, preparing and monitoring production processes, and learning the skills required to advance to the level of a full SMT operator. The work is dynamic and takes place in a modern, high-tech production hall.

No experience is required — training is provided by the company. Candidates should be willing to work on their feet throughout the day, show responsibility, attention to detail, and technical aptitude. Teamwork and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Work schedule: shift-based, six days a week. Day shift from 07:30 to 17:00, night shift from 17:00 to 02:00 (occasionally 19:00 to 07:00), depending on production needs. Overtime may occur two to three times a week until 19:00. No work on Shabbat.

Salary: determined during the interview and depends on the candidate’s experience. Employees receive subsidized meals through the Sibos system, full employment, and all social benefits. The position qualifies as Avoda Muadefet (preferred employment for tax benefits).
