SMT Operator – Yehud

The company Alef Lamed Electronics (.א.ל) is a large enterprise in central Israel that produces advanced high-tech equipment designed to help ease the suffering of people with serious illnesses. Working here provides an opportunity to take part in the creation of life-saving medical electronic devices.

Transportation is provided from Yehud, Holon, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam, Or Yehuda, Ramla, Lod, and Ganei Aviv.

The work takes place at the factory in Yehud (19 Shabazi Street) in the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) department. Employees operate SMT equipment, monitor the assembly process of electronic boards, and ensure product quality. The job is physical, performed while standing, and requires attention to detail and precision.

No prior experience is required — full training is provided by the company. Knowledge of basic machine operation and computer skills is an advantage. Basic English is welcome; Hebrew is not required.

Work schedule: rotating, six days a week, with alternating shifts — one week daytime (07:00–17:00) and one week nighttime (17:00–02:00). No overtime. No work on Shabbat.

Salary: determined during the interview depending on experience. Employees receive subsidized meals through the Sibos system, as well as training up to SMT operator level.
