The factory in Yehud (19 Shabazi Street) has an open position in the SMT Quality Control Department. The job includes inspecting electronic boards using specialized software, identifying and analyzing malfunctions, and developing improvement suggestions for work processes and equipment programs.
No prior experience is required — full training is provided by the company. The position requires readiness to work with a microscope, basic computer skills, attentiveness, and accuracy. The work demands patience, precision, and the ability to cooperate in a team environment.
Work schedule: permanent, 5.5 days a week — Sunday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00, and Fridays until 13:30. A shift-based schedule may be introduced later (one week morning shift 07:30–17:00, one week night shift 17:00–03:00). Overtime is performed two to three times a week until 19:00. No work on Shabbat.
Salary: determined during the interview and depends on the candidate’s experience. Employees receive subsidized meals through the Sibos system, full employment, and all social benefits. The position qualifies as Avoda Muadefet (preferred employment for tax benefits).
