The company Alef Lamed Electronics (.א.ל) is a large enterprise in central Israel that produces advanced high-tech equipment designed to help alleviate the suffering of people with serious illnesses. Working here offers the opportunity to take part in creating vital medical electronic devices.
Transportation is provided from Yehud, Holon, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam, Or Yehuda, Ramla, Lod, and Ganei Aviv.
The position is based at the factory in Yehud (19 Shabazi Street) in the Visual Quality Control Department. The work includes inspecting electronic boards before shipment to clients, performing fine assembly and soldering, as well as hardware testing according to the company’s internal protocols. Inspection is performed using a microscope or magnifying glass and requires high attention to detail and precision.
No prior experience is required — full training is provided by the company. The work is calm, seated, and suitable for individuals attentive to small details and capable of handling repetitive tasks.
Work schedule: permanent, 5.5 days a week — Sunday to Thursday from 07:30 to 17:00, and a short day on Fridays. Overtime takes place two to three times a week until 19:00. No work on Shabbat.
Salary: determined during the interview depending on experience. Employees receive subsidized meals through the Sibos system, full employment, and all social benefits.
