Job opening: Electrician at Beth-El Industries (Taasiyot Beit-El) factory in Kibbutz Shaked
The work takes place at a modern industrial plant that manufactures air filtration systems and industrial equipment. Main responsibilities include installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and devices. The electrician is responsible for wiring and connecting networks, inspecting equipment functionality, performing diagnostics, and repairing faults. The position also involves adjustment and maintenance of automatic control, monitoring, and protection systems, as well as servicing lighting fixtures, air conditioners, pumps, and other equipment.
Proven experience as an electrician and a valid Israeli Electrician Certificate (Electrician Musmach) are required. Technical education in electricity or mechanics is an advantage. The role suits responsible professionals who can work in a team and adhere to strict safety standards. High-level Hebrew is required.
Schedule: full-time, six working days per week, from 6:30 to 16:00. Overtime is common. No work on Shabbat.
Transportation is provided from Hadera, Givat Olga, Pardes Hanna, Zikhron Yaakov, Or Akiva, Harish, Katzir, Hinanit, Shaked, and Afula.
Candidates from Yokneam, Tirat Carmel, Netanya, Daliyat al-Karmel, and Isfiya receive fuel reimbursement.
The company offers subsidized meals, 14 vacation days per year, participation in the Avoda Meudefet (preferred employment after army service) program, and opening of a Keren Hishtalmut (education and training fund) after three years of employment.
Salary is determined during the interview. Bonuses may be granted at management’s discretion.
