The Tiv Ta’am supermarket chain is looking for a Butchery Department Manager for the Rehovot branch to manage the department and lead the team.

Job Description:

Day-to-day management of the butchery department
Managing and leading a team of employees
Placing product orders with suppliers
Receiving goods and checking their quality and condition
Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper product display in the department

Position Scope:

Shift-based work
6 days per week, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

Previous experience in a butcher shop / department management - a significant advantage
Responsibility, organization, and team management skills
Customer-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills
