Assistant Branch Manager – Rehovot Branch

The Tiv Ta’am supermarket chain is looking for a Assistant Branch Manager for the Rehovot branch to work alongside the Branch Manager in leading the team and managing daily operations.

Job Description:

Assisting in the day-to-day management of the branch and team
Managing employees and monitoring daily task performance
Handling product orders and checking delivery documents
Maintaining order, service quality, and proper product displays
Operational management and coordination with different departments within the branch

Position Scope:

Shift-based work
6 days per week, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

Previous experience in team management / assistant management - a significant advantage
Responsibility, organization, and ability to work in a structured environment
Customer-oriented attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and decision-making ability
