Introduction
The Internet today constitutes the largest source of information for all users, including people with disabilities. Therefore, we attach great importance to making the information presented on the work.co.il website accessible, in order to provide an equal and convenient user experience.
We strive to ensure that our digital services are accessible to people with disabilities. Significant resources have been invested to facilitate the use of the website as much as possible, based on the belief that every individual has the right to equality, dignity, comfort, and independence.
The accessibility of this website has been implemented by TabNav, a company specializing in web accessibility solutions. The website complies, as far as possible, with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.
The adaptations were carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard IS 5568 at AA level and the international WCAG 2.0 standard. The website provides a semantic structure compatible with assistive technologies and supports keyboard navigation.
For optimal use with screen reader software, we recommend using the latest version of NVDA. Responsibility for the use and implementation of accessibility features on the website, including the displayed content, rests with the website owners and/or their representatives, in accordance with the software’s terms of use.
How does the accessibility system work?
The work.co.il website includes an accessibility menu provided by TabNav, operating through a dedicated accessibility server.
The software enables the website, as far as possible, to comply with WCAG 2.1 AA recommendations. Use of the menu is subject to the manufacturer’s terms of use. Clicking the accessibility button opens a menu with various adjustment options. After selecting an option, the page may need to reload.
The software supports common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 10+, Safari, and Opera.

- Screen reader support — compatibility with technologies such as NVDA and JAWS.
- Flashing content blocking — stopping moving and flashing elements.
- Text enlargement — increasing font size in four different levels.
- Color contrast adjustment.
- Color blindness adaptation.
- Switching to a more readable font.
- Enlarging the mouse cursor and changing its color to black or white.
- Zooming the display up to 200%.
- Highlighting links on the website.
- Highlighting headings.
- Displaying alternative text descriptions for images.

Use of external components and websites
When using external components or sources on the website, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, external chats, and others that are not under our control, there may be limitations in ensuring full accessibility for people with disabilities.
