Flex, one of the largest electronics manufacturers in Israel, is hiring soldering technicians (men and women) for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek. The plant specializes in producing and assembling printed circuit boards and electronic components for the high-tech industry.

The job involves soldering class 3 SMT components on printed circuit boards, using a microscope and hand tools, and performing quality control according to IPC 610/620 standards. Precision, attention to detail, and experience working with small components are essential.

At least two years of SMT soldering experience and the ability to work under a microscope are required. The ability to read electronic schematics is mandatory. Listening to music or audiobooks in one earphone is allowed during work.

Work schedule: flexible — permanent 07:00–16:45 (sometimes until 18:00–19:00) or shift-based 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00. No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview, with possible bonuses at the manager’s discretion.

Employees enjoy subsidized meals (about 10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a clean, quiet, air-conditioned environment designed for focus and comfort. The job also qualifies as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred employment after military service).
