Manufacturing Worker – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a global leader in electronics and manufacturing solutions, is hiring employees for technical equipment testing at its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The work includes instrumental and computer-based testing of equipment modules at production stations according to the company's internal protocols. Full training is provided before starting work. The job requires attentiveness, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic production environment.

Suitable for candidates with basic technical skills, English proficiency sufficient to understand instructions, and readiness for physical work. Experience in electronics or reading technical drawings will be an advantage.

Work schedule: shift-based — six days a week, from 07:00 to 19:00 and from 19:00 to 07:00, alternating weekly. No work on Shabbat; overtime may occur.

Salary is determined during the interview based on experience and knowledge. Bonuses may be offered at the manager’s discretion.

Employees receive delicious subsidized meals (about 10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a clean, air-conditioned environment and is also suitable as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).
