Integrator – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a leading electronics manufacturer in Israel, is hiring a System Integrator to join its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek. The factory is equipped with cutting-edge technology, serves major clients across multiple industries, and offers comfortable working conditions in clean, air-conditioned environments.

The position includes comprehensive technical inspections within an assigned production area, collaboration with clients, customization of standard products according to customer requirements, and participation in system integration processes.

Candidates must have experience as a system integrator, the ability to read drawings and understand technical documentation, a high level of Hebrew, and strong technical English. Previous experience in complex system integration is an advantage.

Work schedule: shift-based, six days per week, alternating weekly between 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00. Overtime is possible. No work on Shabbat.

Salary and conditions are determined during the interview and depend on experience. Bonuses may be granted at the manager’s discretion.

Employees receive subsidized meals (about 10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a clean, quiet, air-conditioned environment and also qualifies as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).

Transportation is provided from Migdal HaEmek, Haifa, Krayot, Akko, Nahariya, Karmiel, Afula, Yokneam, Nesher, Nof HaGalil, Givat HaMoreh, Gan Ner, Ginegar (kibbutz), Kfar Hasidim, Tivon, Ramat Yishai, Rechasim, and Tirat Carmel.
