Quality Engineer – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a leading electronics manufacturer in Israel and one of the global leaders in high-tech production, is hiring a Quality Engineer for its modern factory in Migdal HaEmek.

The position includes preparing and presenting quality plans and performance reports both internally and to clients, analyzing complaints and developing solutions to prevent recurring issues, collecting and consolidating quality data, and preparing reports. The engineer is responsible for implementing procedures, conducting internal audits, and investigating supplier-related issues in collaboration with the MRB department.

Preference is given to mechanical or electronic engineers. A minimum of four years of experience is required, along with the ability to read drawings and interpret technical documentation. Fluent Hebrew and technical English are required.

Work schedule: permanent, six days a week — Sunday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, and on Fridays from 07:00 to 13:00. Overtime may occur. No work on Shabbat.

Salary and conditions are determined during the interview based on the candidate’s experience. Bonuses may be awarded at the manager’s discretion.
