Quality Engineer – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a leading electronics manufacturer in Israel, is hiring a Quality Engineer for its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek. The factory is equipped with advanced technologies, works with international clients, and offers comfortable working conditions in clean, air-conditioned environments.

Main responsibilities: preparing and presenting quality plans and performance indicators for internal use and clients, analyzing customer complaints, developing corrective and preventive actions, collecting and consolidating quality data, and preparing reports. The role also includes implementing work procedures, conducting internal audits, and participating in supplier failure investigations together with the MRB department.

Preferred candidates have a mechanical or electronic engineering degree and at least four years of experience in quality control or production environments. The position requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation, fluent Hebrew, and technical English.

Work schedule: permanent, six days a week — Sunday to Friday (07:00–16:00, and Fridays 07:00–13:00). Overtime may occur. No work on Shabbat.

Salary is determined during the interview and depends on experience. Bonuses may be offered at the manager’s discretion.

Employees receive subsidized meals (approximately 10₪ deducted from salary). Work takes place in a clean, quiet, air-conditioned environment. The position also qualifies as Avoda Me’udefet (preferred post-army employment).

Transportation is provided from Migdal HaEmek, Haifa, Krayot, Akko, Nahariya, Karmiel, Afula, Yokneam, Nesher, Nof HaGalil, Givat HaMoreh, Gan Ner, Ginegar (kibbutz), Kfar Hasidim, Tivon, Ramat Yishai, Rechasim, and Tirat Carmel.
