Coating Department Worker required at USR Electronics in Karmiel

USR is an Israeli company specializing in the production of electronic boards and components. The factory is located in Karmiel, 19 HaNapah St., in a modern, clean, air-conditioned facility with comfortable workstations.

The role includes gluing and lacquer coating of small electronic parts. The area is equipped with ventilation and meets safety requirements. A lacquer smell may be present during work, so candidates’ individual sensitivity should be considered.

No prior experience is required — training is provided on site. The job suits candidates with good fine motor skills, attention to detail, and patience. Ability to focus on small parts and maintain accuracy is essential.

Schedule: full-time, 5.5 days per week, 07:00–16:30; Fridays until 13:00. Overtime 2–3 times per week until 19:00. No work on Shabbat.
