Soldering Technician required at USR Electronics factory in Karmiel

USR is an Israeli company manufacturing electronic boards and components for various industries. The factory is located in Karmiel, at 19 HaNapah Street, in a modern, clean, and air-conditioned production facility.

The job involves soldering class 3 SMT components onto printed circuit boards. Responsibilities include reading electronic schematics, installing components according to technical specifications, and maintaining quality standards. Work is performed both with and without a microscope, depending on the station. Willingness to work under a microscope is required.

Previous soldering experience is an advantage, but full training is provided. Knowledge of IPC 610/620 soldering standards is a plus. Attention to detail and careful handling of components are essential.

Schedule:
Five and a half working days per week,
07:00–16:15, Fridays until 13:00 (alternating weeks).
Overtime 2–3 times per week until 18:30. No work on Shabbat.

Transportation is provided from Karmiel, Ma’alot, Akko, Nahariya, Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Haim, and Kiryat Yam.
