Job opening: SMT Operator at the USR electronics factory in Jerusalem

USR is an Israeli company specializing in the production of electronic boards and components. The factory is located in Jerusalem, at 14 Hartom Street, in a modern complex with clean and air-conditioned facilities.

The work includes operating and maintaining SMT machines that place electronic components on printed circuit boards. The operator’s duties involve preparing the equipment, monitoring the production process, and checking assembly quality. The job is performed standing and requires attention to detail.

Previous experience is not required, as training is provided by the company. Technical skills and basic computer knowledge are an advantage. Reading, writing, and understanding instructions in English are required.

Schedule: shift-based — one week day shift, one week night shift. Day shifts are from 07:00 to 19:00, night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00. No work on Shabbat, and overtime is not required.

Transportation is provided from Jerusalem and nearby areas, including Ma’ale Adumim, Gilo, Har Homa, Givat Sharett, Beit Shemesh, Mevaseret Zion, and Ramat Beit Shemesh.
