Job opening: SMT Line Quality Inspector at the USR electronics factory in Jerusalem

USR is an Israeli company manufacturing electronic boards and components. The factory is located in Jerusalem, at 14 Hartom Street, in a modern industrial complex with clean and air-conditioned facilities.

The work involves checking the first board of each batch according to the company’s internal protocol. It is a precise and responsible job that requires focus and accuracy.

No prior experience in quality inspection is required, but experience in assembly or soldering is an advantage. Previous experience in quality control is considered a plus. The position is suitable for those who work calmly and can follow technological procedures carefully.

Schedule: shift-based — one week morning, one week evening. Morning shifts are from 07:30 to 16:40, evening shifts from 16:30 to midnight. No work on Shabbat. Overtime may be required if necessary.

Transportation is provided from Jerusalem and nearby areas, including Ma’ale Adumim, Gilo, Har Homa, Givat Sharett, Beit Shemesh, Mevaseret Zion, and Ramat Beit Shemesh.

Salary is determined during the interview. The company offers subsidized meals, holiday gifts, and a calm work environment. Employees are allowed to listen to music or audiobooks in one earphone during work.
