Job Description:
Handling import shipments (sea and air) — opening orders in the system, checking documents, entering shipment data and details into the system.
Managing shipments from creation to final destination, tracking orders, and updating relevant parties within the company.
Working with freight forwarders, courier companies, and overseas suppliers.
Handling approvals and licenses מול standardization authorities and government offices (Standards Institute, Ministry of Industry and Trade).
Managing DATABASE
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role — mandatory
High level of English — mandatory
Good command of Office, especially Excel
Experience with Priority — an advantage
Ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, focus, analytical and technical thinking
Proactive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team
