Distribution Dispatcher / Distribution Coordinator – Hefer Valley Logistics Center
📍 Location: Hefer Valley Logistics Center
🕒 Working days: Sunday–Thursday
Shifts: 05:45–14:30 | 09:00–18:00 | 12:00–21:00
Includes Fridays / Saturday evenings
💰 Compensation: Base salary + travel reimbursement + commissions
Position Purpose
To manage and coordinate the drivers’ team during the shift, while overseeing loading operations, deliveries, and service to both internal and external customers.
Main Responsibilities

Operate and coordinate approximately 20 distribution routes during the shift

Bring trucks in during the evening shift for loading

Monitor and ensure compliance with procedures

Be responsible for vehicle condition and returning vehicle control

Ensure customer deliveries are completed in the required quantity and quality

Be responsible for discipline, collections, compliance, and safety within the distribution team

Plan delivery routes for drivers and optimize distribution days in cooperation with the sales department

Monitor orders, organize them, and oversee loading according to the delivery schedule

Maintain familiarity with customers, including field visits and ride-alongs with drivers

Provide solutions to drivers’ issues in the field

Work closely with internal interfaces and customers

Report to the Distribution and Transportation Manager
Job Requirements

Familiarity with Priority and experience with distribution optimization software such as Roadnet, Roadshow, etc. – an advantage

At least 1 year of experience in a distribution / transportation dispatcher role
-
Practical engineer diploma or transportation office management experience – an advantage

Managerial / supervisory experience working with drivers

Strong people skills

Category C driver’s license – חובה / mandatory
