Purchaser – Migdal Haemek

Flex, a global leader in electronics and innovative manufacturing solutions, is hiring a Strategic Buyer to join its modern facility in Migdal HaEmek.

The position includes responsibility for strategic procurement in the electronics field, supplier sourcing and evaluation, contract negotiations, and maintaining vendor relationships. The buyer will identify new supply sources both in Israel and abroad, evaluate project costs at early stages, and support ongoing procurement operations.

Responsibilities also include assisting the operations department — canceling orders when necessary and resolving issues related to critical production shortages.

Requirements: academic degree or engineering diploma in Industrial and Management Engineering (תעו״ן) or Electronics. Advantage — experience as a technological buyer, particularly in the electronics industry. Excellent command of Excel is required; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. The role requires independence, systematic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and teamwork.

Fluent Hebrew and a high level of English are required.

Salary is determined during the interview and depends on experience and qualifications.
