Quality Engineer – Yokneam Ilit

Senior Quality Specialist required at Fibernet factory in Yokneam

Fibernet is an Israeli company specializing in advanced electronics and optical systems. It operates according to international quality standards and collaborates with clients in the medical and defense industries. The factory is located at 9 HaKidma Street, Yokneam.

The role includes handling and analyzing customer complaints, conducting failure analysis, and preparing reports according to 8D and 5Y standards. Responsibilities include working with the engineering, procurement, and other departments, conducting internal audits, and participating in external audits by clients and certification bodies. The specialist is responsible for implementing corrective actions and monitoring their execution, coordinating IPC training, and managing documentation and reports under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS9100.

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 07:45–17:00. Overtime possible; flexible arrangements can be discussed during the interview. No work on Shabbat.

Transportation is provided from Haifa, Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Motzkin, Kiryat Haim, Afula, Migdal HaEmek, Nesher, and Tirat Carmel.

Fluent Hebrew and good English are required. Previous experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment—preferably in electronics—is essential. Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards, as well as experience with electromechanical systems, is required. An advantage will be familiarity with IPC 610/620 standards, ERP Priority, and experience in the defense industry. Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, as well as a systematic approach and understanding of production processes, are essential.
